Pocha was born in the wake of the pandemic—a time when everything felt uncertain, but one thing remained constant: our love for food, cultura, and comunidad. What started as a dream in the middle of chaos became a calling to create something meaningful. Pocha was built from scratch, with heart and hustle, by a mujer determined to share the flavors and stories of modern Mexican cuisine in a way that felt fresh, soulful, and deeply personal.
